Gather with ECTA members at friends at the Gould Barn in Topsfield to catch up on the highlights of the past year and review our plans for 2016. Enjoy a presentation from the Regional Interpretive Coordinator for DCR, Barbara Buls. She will delight the audience with a historic talk of Bradley Palmer –- the man and the park! Trail Steward Coltin Omasta will also present his Eagle Scout project on the rehab of Pikes Bridge Road in West Newbury. Light refreshments served.
