The Town of Ipswich Open Space Program, in collaboration with Essex County Trail Association (ECTA), is building a new trail on the Pelletier Conservation Restriction adjacent to the town-owned Turkey Hill Conservation Area. The Conservation Restriction is a 26.6 acre property abutting the 23 acre Turkey Hill Conservation Area.
We are looking for energetic volunteers to join us and help build this trail! We anticipate getting the work done in a single Saturday morning in April. All skill levels are welcome.
Come for an hour or stay the whole morning. Any contribution is helpful.
Bring: Sturdy footwear, long pants, work gloves and a water bottle. If you have them, please bring tools such as loppers, handsaws and rakes, but we will have tools to share.
Lunch will be provided.
